Dear Mr. Annichiarico,

Could you imagine walking into a fine restaurant and informing the maitre'd that you wanted to eat at their establishment but that you wanted to pay what the restaurant down the street is charging for a Filet Mignon? Could you imagine telling your waiter that you were only going to pay for half of your meal because that is all that you ate? Could you imagine being able to pay the same for a Volkswagen that you would for a Mercedes? Could you imagine expecting to pay the same for a custom tailored business suit as you would for one off the rack? Wouldn't the world be a wonderful place if all this were true?

Custom Towing is not comparing themselves to a fine dining restaurant or to a Mercedes. We are saying that while we would be honored to be able to service you and your customers, it would be at our rates, not what you think they should be. We have not raised our Category "A" rates in many years. Of the six major towing companies in Las Vegas, our Category A rates are lower than anyone else's. I consider a major towing company as one who tows for one or more of the police departments here. Our drivers are fully trained and monitored. Our trucks are completely inspected by the Nevada Highway Patrol and the Transportation Services Authority yearly. We have full insurance coverage. You will always reach a live dispatcher, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week who will try to give you an honest ETA. The driver dispatched will have a uniform, a good attitude and a clean truck. He is also paid strickly by commission. We also think that for the service you will receive, our prices are fair.

Enclosed is a current copy of our Tariff Rates. When your current provider is unable to service your customers in the manner they deserve, think of us. If you ever receive complaints due to the service you customer did receive, think of us. If you ever want your customers to receive the same service that we would give to our family and friends, think of us. We would be honored to add you to our priority customer list, but again, at our rates.
